Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What is the normal turn around time on orders? A: Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Non-bulk orders are usually completed and shipped within 7-10 business days (laser etched) and 2-3 weeks (color and engraved products) from the date ordered. Bulk orders are usually shipped based on an agreed upon scheduled date.
Q: How are orders shipped? A: Orders are usually shipped via Federal Express or UPS.
Q: How is shipping costs determined? A: Shipping costs are calculated by the shipper's rate schedule. Our on line store is equipped with UPS rate calculations. We find the rate for either carrier to be comparable.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
