Return Policy:
We take pride in offering unique gifts and accessories. If you are not pleased with your purchase please notify us within 15 days, by email tbshnll@yahoo.com. We will satisfy your concerns or refund your purchase.

Exceptions will be personalized item.

Returned Shipping is at the customer's expense.

Some item do require a restocking fee. Please contact us by e-mail to inquire about extra fees before returning item.

All item must be returned in their original packaging and in "New" condition, and returned immediately prior to receiving refund.

Damaged Products or Error with Product:
Any error with with order, which was made by us(IE: wrong color from what was ordered, etc..), or it the item arrive damaged, and it was not visible "fault of shipper", will be replaced immediately(contact us by e-mail with this concern).

Damaged Item which are visibly damaged by "Shipper" should not be accepted. Notify us immediately by e-mail tbshnll@yahoo.com, regarding this matter.
