Old Town Archery Center & Pro-shop offers the following Returns Policy: We welcome exchanges returns that are not used and in original un-opened packages...only in the case a mistake was made when ordering or if merchandise is defective. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, however, some items may take 7-10 business days because of constantly changing inventory. Prompt refunds will be given on items that have been discontinued or no longer available, with our apoplogy for any inconvenience.
