Since most of these items are "one-of-a-kind," we will not accept returns unless the item is not as described. Regarding used items, we will provide a very detailed description of any defect(s) and/or extra wear related to each product. (Our quality control experts are very adept at spotting product flaws!) The shipping charge for some of the individual items is quite high, especially the magnetic mattress pads.
