Tailgate hinges are used at the base of the tailgate for opening and closing. They bolt to the bed side and have a cylindrical part that fits into the tailgate allowing it to rotate. Steel hinges need to be painted to prevent rusting. Sold as a pair. Requires two 5/16" X 3/4" indented hex head bolts for installation.
