Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We offer a flat rate of $8.95 to all US States for any size order. For international shipping you will be billed separately for your shipping charges. International orders are required to pay the full shipping price before orders are processed. You will be sent a separate email regarding your shipping charges within 24 hours of your order.

Q: Do you have a description of your fragrances?
A: Yes on our website home page you will find a complete listing and description of fragrances.
