Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: All shipping costs within the US are based on a flat rate of $12.50 no matter how many items are in your cart. Excludes wholesale orders. International shipping costs are based on weight and an email will be sent to you for shipping charges confirmation before any charges are made to your credit card. If paying with paypal international orders will be sent a second invoice for shipping charges.

Q: What is your turn around time for orders?
A: At this time we ship 2 times per week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Products are made fresh and require drying time for most products. Please allow 3 to 5 days to process your order before the actual shipping occurs.
