Payment Options
We gladly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for processing your Web site orders. We will not be able to accept money orders or checks.

Gift Certificate Policies:
Gift Certificates expire 1 year from the date of issue. Gift Certificates cannot be refunded for cash or charge credit. We will gladly exchange the Gift Certificate for one that suits your needs or issue a store credit.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged on products shipped.

Appointments
Please be on time for your appointment to receive the maximum benefits of your service. We suggest arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to allow for check-in and changing time. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment before leaving the salon to ensure your choice of preferred time and technician.

Cancellations
To reserve your appointment, we require a credit card, Gift Certificate number, or pre-payment. For all services, we require 48 hours notice in the event of cancellation. If full notice is not provided, we will bill for 50% of the services reserved. If the appointment can be filled, no billing will be made. We appreciate your appreciation in honoring our cancellation policy.

For Your Peace of Mind
Because we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal articles, we suggest you leave your valuables at home.

Gratuities
Gift Certificates do not include gratuities. Gratuities are always left to the discretion of our clients and should be given to your service provider. The customary gratuity ranges from 15-20% of service rendered.
