Methods of Payment
Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. You are not charged until an item is processed and ready to ship. Back Orders are processed and shipped separately with original fees only.

Back Orders
We expect products we feature to be in stock and ready-to-ship when you order. Occasionally a product delivery is late to us which creates back orders. We'll let you know if an out of-stock item is more than temporary. Most back orders follow within 2 weeks.

Returns and Exchanges
Your order is picked and packed with great care but occasionally something is damaged in transit, errors are made in processing or you are not satisfied with your purchase. The return form is on the reverse side of the packing slip-invoice enclosed with every order. Returns need to be processed within 30 days of receipt.

Notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and provide instructions for handling. No additional shipping fees.

Other Returns
Follow the return instructions on reverse side of the packing slip-invoice; repack carefully and return ship within 30 days of receipt. A refund or credit will be processed excluding any shipping fees. We recommend using UPS or Insured Parcel Post for tracking.

In the spirit of our mission of unity we will share our work for non-commercial use. Write or fax your request explaining how the material would be used. Upon review, a permission form is forwarded. In exchange we ask that you share our catalog with your organization and mention the artist or writer in any printed material.
