Merchandise Returns & Exchanges

Within 14 days of your purchase, a merchandise return will receive a credit.

Please contact us before making a return that is within the 14-day period, so that we may verify your original purchase date and so that we may also know the reason for your return before we receive the item.

We will then provide you with a return mailing address for mailing back the item(s).

All items should be mailed back via a trackable shipping method if you wish to guarantee that the refund or exchange goes smoothly. If you wish to send items back via regular mail or any other nontrackable method, it is at your own discretion and risk. Return shipping fees are not refundable, but shipping fees for an item exchange will not be charged for a one-time exchange.

After 14 days of your purchase, merchandise exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
