BCS Electronics will assist you with warranty issues for the first 30 days following your purchase date. BCS Electronics accepts returns only if the item is defective. You must contact BCS Electronics to get RA # before returning any products to us. Any products that are sent back without an RA# will be refused and returned to sender. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse. All returns MUST be returned in the original packaging, along with all accessories and paperwork that came with the item. We will only exchange defective items. Sorry but we cannot give refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!
