Each item is an original design and resulting in an often one of a kind piece of wearable art. Many of my creations are upcycled from found objects or repurposed elements. Prairie Thistle strives to make returns convenient and easy for our customers.
1. Complete the Product Return Form (enclosed with your order) and enclose it with your items.
2. Package the items and label your package with our address. Fully remove or cover the original shipping label from the shipping box.

Prairie Thistle cannot be responsible for returns that are not received. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return. It may take an additional billing cycle for your issuing bank to list the credit on your credit card statement.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Economy delivery of in-stock items generally takes 6 to 12 business days, depending upon the distance of the delivery address from our Lenexa warehouse. (Shipments outside the lower 48 states will take longer.) You can always check on the current status of your order by going to the Order Status page.
Can I track my package?
Yes, as long as your order has shipped via a trackable method. To find out, see your e-mail confirmation, or log into your Order Status page.
Many of our products are subject to customs regulations and shipping restrictions. For these reasons, we can only ship our products to U.S. addresses. If you live outside the U.S. and would like to order with us, we will require the name and U.S. address of someone stateside who can accept the order on your behalf.
Can my order be shipped to an APO or an FPO?
Prairie Thistle ships to APO and FPO addresses using the U.S. Postal Service. These orders can be placed by phone, however, orders shipping to APO and FPO addresses cannot be placed through our web site. We guarantee delivery to the package?s stateside zip code, but we cannot ensure delivery beyond that.
