Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping and handling is billed at the figures provided by the delivery company after your order has been packaged and just before shipping.
However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order. These are estimates and if shipping costs are different than what you see, we will contact you prior to shipping for your approval and possibly give you additional options to save you money. If shipping looks incorrect on the invoice, please call us and we can correct it while you are on the phone.
