Jaguar Parts Wholesaler allows any and every part to be returned for exchange, replacement or store credit as long as it is the same part and condition in which we sent it out. This is basically our policy but for detailed policies guidelines please view the complete policy page.

service marks without prior written consent Typographical ErrorsIn the event a product is listed
at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in
pricing information received from other sources, We shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for merchandise listed
at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. We
also has the right to retract any sold items purchased if the title
or description is mis-understood. Items being sold may be in a
picture with other items which may not be for sale. The description
should clarify this, however, if you have any questions, please ask
prior to purchasing the item to avoid any
misunderstandings. Order AcceptanceThe receipt of an e-mail order
confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a
confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserves the right, without
prior notification to limit the order quantity on any item and / or
refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be
required prior to the acceptance of any order. Limitation of LiabilityWe will not be liable for any
direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or
consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if has been
previously advised of the possibility of such damages whether in an
action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out
of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance
of the information, services, products, and materials available
from the owned or operated, Website, Products, Facilities and
Service Outlets. These limitations will apply notwithstanding to
any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Because
some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for
consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not
apply to you. Currency All prices are in US dollars. JurisdictionAll payments to us are due and
payable in Joshua Tree, CA in U.S. dollars. It is agreed that all
legal disputes are subject to CA law and applicable federal law and
will be filed and presented to CA courts in Joshua Tree,
CA. Private Policy StatementWe are committed to protecting
others privacy. We will not collect any personal information from
our Customer and sell, share or rent that information to others in
any manner not mentioned in this statement. Affordable and or its
owner is the sole owner of all information collected on its
Websites, Facilities and Service Outlets. Labor & Installers warrantiesWe will not refund any labor
costs incurred by the buyer or the installer of the products
purchased at our Website, Facilities and Service Outlets. All
installations of items are to be conducted by a certified jaguar
machanic. Any returns of faulty items must be accompanied with an
affadavid of installation attempt and failure which isolates the
cause of part failing in accordance with proper procedures as
outlined by jaguar and all appropriate certification numbers of
installation facility and installers. Failure to provide all
required information may void any and all warranties. Credit Cards-Credit Card Authorization FormFor credit card orders over $500,
We requires that we have a credit card authorization form on file
for your protection. This form may be completed via fax or on our
secure website Sales Policies GeneralWe ship domestically via USPS and
FedEx; and worldwide via UPS, FedEx and U.S. Postal Service Global
Express Mail. All shipping charges displayed on our Website or
quoted on the phone are estimated. Actual charges cannot be
determined until the full order is packed and weighed. The
purchaser will be billed shipping charges of the carriers specified
rate plus any shipping and handling necessary to prepare the order
for shipment and not at the estimated cost. In-stock orders must be
received by 3:00 P.M. Central Time to be processed and shipped the
same day. If we are temporarily out of stock of an item, the entire
shipment may be delayed or shipped partially. UPS and FedEx do not
ship to Post Office Boxes. To ship to Post Office Boxes inside the
United States, please select U S Post Office as your desired
shipping method. UPS and FedEx may require a signature upon
delivery of your shipment. Our business days are Monday through
Friday except for Holidays. Web orders placed on Saturday or Sunday
or after 3:00 PM Central Standard Time Monday through Friday will
be processed on the following business day. All shipping times
(one-day, two-day and three-day etc) are based upon business days
Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We reserves the right to hold up
shipments if they believe it will benefit the buyer. We reserves
the right to select the most economical form of shipping based upon
the purchaser’s preference of timed delivery. The customer is
responsible for all shipping costs, freight costs, storage,
international duties or customs costs or special handling costs
associated with all orders and / or returns. Warranties - New and Re manufactured PartsNew and Re manufactured parts
carry a 12 month warranty from invoice date with a "repair or
replace" warranty - at the option of our choice.. In the event of a
part’s failure, We specifically deny any liability for the damage
to associated parts, consumables or the labor to replace such
defective parts no: liability beyond replacement of goods is
accepted or implied. No labor warranty expressed or
implied. (Used) Parts WarrantiesWhen
used parts are purchased at our normal advertised price they carry
a 99 day warranty from invoice date with a "repair or replace"
warranty at the option of our choosing and are elegible at time of
purchase to have the warranty extended to 1 year for only 16% of
purchase price or $15., (which ever is more) or to extend the
warranty to a full 3 years for only 22% of purchase price or $35,
(which ever is more). Parts purchased on sale, by auction, by high
bid, by trade or swap or free promotion carry a 30 day warranty
from invoice and eligable, at time of purchase, to extend the
warranty to 6 months for an additional $20 or 25% of purchase
price, (which ever is more). Or to one year for only $45 or 35% of
purchase price, (which ever is more).In the event of a part’s
failure, We specifically deny any liability for the damage to
associated parts, consumables or the labor to replace such
defective parts. No liability beyond replacement of goods is
accepted or implied. No labor warranty expressed or implied. In the
instance that we cannot repair or replace the defective (Used) part
then a store credit will be provided to the customer, good for 365
days or until amount credited is used. Returns in GeneralWe strives to provide the Jaguar
enthusiast with accurate solutions at affordable prices. Should you
need to return an item, we will do everything possible to correct
the situation in an efficient manner. The following guidelines help
ensure your return, exchange, or credit as quickly as possible. If
you receive a wrong or damaged part from us, every opportunity must
be given to us to correct the problem. However, we will not allow
credit for any wrong, damaged or faulty parts, unless we first have
the option to replace or exchange it to fulfill our obligation.
Returns may be accepted for an exchange or store credit within 30
days from the shipping date. Upon our receipt of the item we will
remedy all your concerns and issues. All returns must be
accompanied with a completed Form R-2D2 All returns must arrive to us in the same condition as they
were shipped. Shipping costs are the Buyers responsibility whether
sending or receiving merchandise and are
nonrefundable. New Items NOT
Returnable:Special Order
parts are NOT returnable. Exceptions may allow us to accept items
for return but usually have a 50% re storage fee deduction, instead
of restocking fee. Books and manuals are NOT returnable unless
unopened in the original packaging. Parts, which have been
installed, plugged-in, or marked in any manner, are NOT returnable.
Electrical parts are NOT returnable. Tools are NOT returnable.
Items not purchased from us & all parts purchased over 90 days
are not returnable.New and Re manufactured Parts
ReturnsNew
parts and Re manufactured parts carry a 30-day return policy from
invoice date and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. After 30
days, a 25% restocking charge is charged. The 25% restocking charge
may be reduced to 15% if the customer agrees to accept Store Credit
in lieu of a refund. No returns of parts purchased after 90 days.
All returned parts must be in salable condition and in their
original boxes. Dirty and greasy boxes are not returnable. Special
order parts are not returnable. Parts that have been installed,
plugged in or marked in any manner are not acceptable for return.
Electrical parts are not returnable.. (Used) Parts
Returns(Used) parts are not refundable but are returnable for exchange
or replacement. All parts must be returned within 30 days from the
delivery date. Returns after the 30 days may be accepted based upon
circumstances outlined in form R-2d2, but in no way are we
responsible or liable to do so after the first 30 days. We will
always try to extend the benefits to help you in each circumstance.
We may accept them based upon attitude and or circumstances. When
returning any part to us, include a photocopy of the original
invoice and "R-2D2 Form Core ReturnsCores must be complete, fully assembled and in re-build able
condition in order to receive core credit. A box of parts does not
constitute a re-build able core. A part requiring welding does not
constitute a re--build able core. Upon receipt, we will inspect the
core and refund the core charge less whatever non-wear parts are
broken, missing, or damaged. Cores requiring welding may be
repaired at the customer’s option in order to make the core
“re-build able”. Charges for repairing a core are deducted from the
core refund. If the customer refuses to repair a core to make it
re-build able, the core will be returned to the customer, freight
collect and no core refund will be made. Cores must be returned
within 90 days. After 90 days, a 50% late charge will be deducted
from the core refund. Salvage (Used) cores associated with the sale
of Salvage (Used) parts need only to be complete and assembled. All
cores must be returned in the original manufacturer's box. Cores
returned must be the of the core. The cores should be packed
carefully for return in order to protect the core from shipping
damage. we are not responsible for shipping damage. Rejected cores
will be returned to the customer freight collect and no core refund
will be given. Partial core credit will not be given for partial,
disassembled or damaged cores.. Shipping
DamageDamaged shipments are the responsibility of the carrier. Check
all shipments before you sign for them. If your shipment arrives
damaged, you must note that fact on your receipt/bill of lading and
have the driver acknowledge with their signature. The Customer must
report shipping damage to the carrier and to us within ten days of
receipt of goods. The Customer is responsible for initiating all
freight claims with the carrier. Claims for shipping damage or
damaged merchandise will be issued only after all issues are
settled with the carrier. Return
ProceduresNeed to Return a
Part ? (Ordered Wrong or Sent Wrong) customer's
responsibility to insure that goods are packaged properly to
prevent shipping damage. Parts are returnable for 30 days subject
to a 20% restock fee. After 30 days from invoice date there will be
a 25% restock charge. After 90 days, parts are not
returnable Need to Return a Part ?
(Defect)When returning any part to us, include a photocopy of the
original invoice. In the case of defects, we have the option to
replace, repair or allow store credit. It is the Customer’s
responsibility to complete the "R-2D2 Form" for each part being
returned. Do not write, "does not work" as a reason for defective
merchandise. Explain why the part does not work or what the part
does not do. When returning any part to us, include a photocopy of
the original invoice. It is the customer's responsibility to insure
that goods are packaged properly to prevent shipping
damage. Need to Return a Part ?
(Damaged In Shipping)Call customer service at 1-760-366-7446 prior to returning the
parts. It is the responsibility of the customer to report any and
all damage to the freight company or delivery driver. Any and all
shipping damage must be reported to us within ten (10) days of
Customer’s receipt of goods. Please make note of any 'visible
damage" on the delivery ticket, or the freight carrier may not
honor a freight claim. For "hidden damage", keep all packing
material, box(s), etc. for a freight representative to review.
Failure to keep all packing material or report damage will void any
and all freight claims with both the carrier and
us. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES, TO & FROM. We will not accept C.O.D.
returns.
