30 days same as paid money back refund with original copy of receipt. Products must be in RESELLABLE condition. All refunds after 30 days of original purchase date will receive store credit.

Damages
There are NO REFUNDS on damages, store credit only. If a product is purchased with a defect, we will gladly refund the purchase within the 30 day time frame for returns, or exchange it for another item(s).

We offer next day,two day, and standard groung shipping. Our delivery carrier is UPS. Items ordered after 6pm eastern will be shipped the next business day. There is a two week delay on customized items. If a purchase is out of stock, a service representative will contact you to inform you of the status of the item(s) or refund your money. There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ITEMS.

N.Y. residents must add 8.75% sales tax to your order
