FAQ

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Products will generally ship within 1 to 3 business days from the day an order is placed. For non Perishable products select "ground " shipping. Select "air" only when ground shipiing won't get perishable items to you within one to Three days depending on the nature* of the merchandise and the temperature. *Heat sensitive products such as chocolates or meats, require temperatures of 68 degrees or less.

Note: Natural disasters, weather conditions, acts of terrorism, strikes, unavailability of service to your delivery area, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause unanticipated delays.

*During the Holiday rush (November 1 through December 31) allow a few extra business days to download and process your order, prior to shipping. The shipping method refers ONLY to the type of shipping method we will use once we process and pack your order.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING ALERT! Orders placed after midnight on Dec. 15th may NOT arrive by Christmas. However, we will try our best!
