Your Ernie's Imports and Wine Product & Service Guarantee
OUR AIM IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONIf you experience problems with your order, contact us as soon as you receive the package and no later than 5 WORKING DAYS days from time of delivery. The person who placed the order must contact us for any damaged products or for items for which you were charged, but which were inadvertently left out of your order.

Our Refund Policies Due to the nature of our products we will only exchange merchandise with the following exceptions: - Products that were delivered intact and as described, but are merely not up the to the personal taste of the recipient. In other words, if you or someone else simply doesn't care for the product ordered, or they thought they were ordering something different, we will not issue an exchange
We also do not guarantee orders that are damaged, delayed, lost or stolen because: - There were errors on the order that lead us to believe fraud might be involved.
- The person ordering provided an incorrect shipping address.
- The person ordering selected products or quantities in error.
- The person ordering selected a shipping method for perishable or heat sensitive items other than those we recommend.
- The person receiving the order did not check to see if the order was left at the door.
- The problem was not reported within 5 WORKING DAYS days of delivery.
In the event that products are returned to Ernie's imports and wine in sellable condition and Ernie's imports and wine has agreed to accept their return, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Ernie's Imports and wine is clearly responsible for an error which is the cause of the return.
Ernie's Imports and wine will not refund shipping and handling fees for orders which were properly delivered. Ernie's Imports and wine will not accept shipping charges for returned orders unless we have agreed to this in advance of the return.
How to Order - We require a $35 minimum purchase of merchandise (can be a mix of products).
- When you hit the "add to cart" button your product will appear in the "shopping cart".
- You can change the quantity of the items you want and hit "update".
- Once your cart is filled with the items you want, hit "check out".
- Carefully complete the shipping form, select your shipping method and add any special instructions you may have.
- If you don't know which shipping method to select contact us for advice.
- As soon as you "continue" shipping and handling costs will be displayed BEFORE you purchase.
- Now complete the "billing" form carefully.
- Your email address must be correct or we won't be able to send you updates about your order.
- We accept major credit or debit cards and your card is typically not charged until after we ship your order.
- If you are uncomfortable entering your major credit or debit card online, you may select the payment option that says you will phone us at (866) 414-7485 to provide a credit or debit card payment. Have your order number handy when you phone.
- Continue with the form and be sure to review all the information before you place your order.
- Review and print your online confirmation and contact us if anything looks incorrect.
- You will also receive an email notification of your order. Contact us if you don't get an email notice within a few hours after placing your order.

Our site requires a minimum $35 purchase (can be a mix of products).
Shipping Products will generally ship within 1 to 3 business days from the day an order is placed. For non Perishable products select "ground " shipping. Select "air" only when ground shipiing won't get perishable items to you within one to Three days depending on the nature* of the merchandise and the temperature. *Heat sensitive products such as chocolates or meats, require temperatures of 68 degrees or less.
Note: Natural disasters, weather conditions, acts of terrorism, strikes, unavailability of service to your delivery area, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause unanticipated delays.
*During the Holiday rush (November 1 through December 31) allow a few extra business days to download and process your order, prior to shipping. The shipping method refers ONLY to the type of shipping method we will use once we process and pack your order.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING ALERT! Orders placed after midnight on Dec. 15th may NOT arrive by Christmas. However, we will try our best!
Our Privacy Policy We respect your privacy and will never sell, rent, loan, or disclose specific information about you that could be used by a third party for their commercial gain.

EXCEPT FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, WINE MERCHANTS INTERNATIONAL INC. TOTAL LIABLITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, IS LIMITED TO THE PRICE YOU ACTUALLY PAID LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ,TO ERNIE'S IMPORTS AND WINE FOR THE PRODUCTS ERNIE'S IMPORTS AND WINE SOLD TO YOU WHICH FORM THE BASIS OF YOUR CLAIM.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS SECTION CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN ERNIE'S IMPORTS AND IMPORTS AND YOU (THE "CUSTOMER") FOR THE SALE OF PRODUCTS BY ERNIE'S IMPORTS AND WINES TO YOU. BY ORDERING PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Orders; Payment; Orders are subject to acceptance by Ernie;s Imports and Wine. Payment must be received by Ernie' Imports and Wine prior to Ernie's Imports and Wine acceptance of an order and must be made by credit card or other prearranged payment method.
Shipping. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. A separate charge for shipping and handling will be shown on Customer's invoice. Ernie's Imports and Wine will provide an refund for damaged items in accordance with its refund policies.
Returns. In the event of a problem with a product, Ernie's Imports and Wine will use reasonable efforts to correct the problem in accordance with Ernie's Imports and Wine satisfaction policy.
