You may return any new item sold by Ellora within 30 days from when you receive it. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Item must be in its original condition unless deemed faulty. Please note it takes 3-5 days to process returns once we receive them.
BEFORE YOUR RETURN
Please follow these steps:
- Include a copy of your invoice. If don't have it, please include your first name , last name, last 4 digits of credit card and the approximate amount paid.
- Please return your items in the same kind of original packaging.
- Ship your package using a mail courier that can be tracked (e.g. UPS, FedEx or USPS)
- Please let us know if you would like a refund, an exchange, or a gift card.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please return the original item following steps 1-4 above. Please note if we do not have the same item, you will be refunded your original purchase price if we receive the item within 30 days. Otherwise, we will send you a store credit equivalent to your original purchase price.
