Shipping
- For a limited time ByMarisa is offering free shipping within the continental United States via Priority Mail. This offer does not extend to wholesale or international orders.
- Overnight and rush orders may be placed within the US and Internationally. Contact us for more information.
- Shipping and handling charges may vary by country. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient when shipping internationally.
- Most customers will receive their order within 2-5 days domestically and 5-14 days internationally.
- If your order will be delayed, you will be contacted by email.
Payment
We accept Visa, Master card, and ByMarisa Gift Certificates
Returns and Exchanges
Garments may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if:
- The garment clearly has not been worn or washed
- The original tags and labels are attached
- Return postage is paid
- Please allow 14 days for us to process your return or exchange.
Out of Stock or Backordered
If the garment you have ordered is out of stock or on back order you will be notified by email.
Gift Certificates
Can’t decide? Gift certificates are available in the amount of $50, $100, $150. Provide us the recipient’s name and address and we’ll send them a gift certificate in the mail.
Privacy
No portion of the ByMarisa website, photos, or written material may be copied or used without written approval from ByMarisa.
Color
While we do our best to give a true representation of color and fabric for our styles, each computer monitor is slightly different and colors may vary.
