Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to management approval. All refunds on edible items must be made within 2 days of receiving the item. You cannot get a refund later than 2 days after receiving it.

Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with any item that you have ordered from A & J bakery you must contact A & J Bakery directly at 401-569-1102. All non-edible products must be returned in the order in which you received them. All tags must still be on the item and the item can not show any signs of wear in order to receive a full refund. In order to return any items that are edible we need photos of the damage and also the box that you received in it to receive a refund (see refund policy). Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee on all non-edible items.

Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped with in 2 days of receiving the order upon approval of payment. All orders will ship next day or 2nd day via Fed Ex on all edible items. All non edible items will be shipped Fed Ex ground. If you prefer a different carried please note when placing your order.

Privacy Policy
Any information that you transmit to A&J Bakery will be held in the strictest confidence. We will not sell trade or other wise distribute your name address, email address, credit card data, or any other personal information that we acquire from you.
