Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order. All Continental US & Canadian orders over $50.00 receive free ground shipping. (Offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.

Q: Can I pay by check? A: Yes, Kultur accepts personal checks and money orders. When paying by check please allow 7 days for the check to be cleared and the order to be processed. Money orders will be processed immediately upon receipt. Please use our website to calculate your total including shipping. Make your check payable and mail to:
