Store Policies
Return Policy - Must be made within 30 days of shipment-invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse all other returns.
- We do not accept returns for product not purchased directly through our site.
- Unopened Selections (outer wrap and outer seal are intact) can be returned for a credit of the invoiced amount less the original shipping & processing charges. In other words, you must return them at your expense and we will not refund or adjust any shipping and processing charges incurred from the original shipment.
- Opened selections (outer wrap or other seals have been removed) may be returned only if the product is found to be defective or damaged. A replacement will be sent to you at no charge.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he/she has the necessary equipment to play the DVD. Most of our DVDs are region 1.
Shipping Policy - Standard shipping to the US and Canada is through UPS. Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico will ship via UPS Second Day Air. All international shipments and shipments to PO boxes (PO, APO, and FPO) will be sent via USPS.
- We usually ship the next business day and most orders are received within 1 week. International orders may take up to 3 weeks.
- Expedited shipping is available to US & Canadian customers only for an additional fee. Please note your order will ship the next business day and not the same day it is received.
- Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.
- All orders are held till completion unless requested by the customer. The customer is responsible for freight charges on a back order should partial shipping be requested.
- Kultur reserves the right to refuse shipment of international orders for those countries where we experience an above average number of lost or problematic shipments.
