All American Sewing, LLC offers the following Returns Policy: Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original packing slip.Unopened items could be returned for full refund in first 30 days from day of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies on open items, returned in the original box, unused, and containing all original product packaging and accessories. All customers have to call or email for Return Authorization number.Merchandise without RA # will be refused by shipping department. All customers have to call or email for Return Authorization number before returning merchandise.Merchandise without RA # will be refused by shipping department. For industrial sewing machines exchange only, no returns unless if defective.No returns on opened software.
Canadian customers please call for shipping quotes before placing an order.If order from Canada will be placed without calling All American Sewing Customer Service, such order will be canceled.
