Bear Flag Republic offers the following Returns Policy:
Returns Bear Flag Republic appreciates your business. We strive to make certain your order arrives safely and accurately. Bear Flag Republic honors all manufacturer warranties so be sure to check your package and/or instruction manuals for details.
Damaged Packages In the event that an item arrives damaged during transit, call Bear Flag Republic immediately at 951-652-1281. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. Bear Flag Republic will advise you of the procedure needed to be followed. DO NOT return item until instructed to do so.
Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or packing slip, if available, and write the reason for each returned item. Freight must be paid by the customer. On each item returned for refund instead of exchange there will be a $10.00 restocking charge. There is no restocking charge on an exchange or if return is due to an error on our part. Bear Flag Republic will refund the equivilant of standard ground UPS shipping fees on returns due to company error or manufactuers defect.
A reshipment fee will apply to exchanges. Items returned for exchange must be returned within 14 days from receipt date in original and unused condition (unless defective). Excessive delay in returning an item may result in a 20% restocking fee. All items must be unused and in original factory packaging or box. United Parcel Service is generally the least expensive shipping method and easily traced online. Ship to:
