Camping Tent Connection offers the following Warranty/Returns Policies: Warranty:
All of our products are warranted by their manufacturers to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Products are not warranted against misuse or abuse. For warranty issues and questions please, contact the manufacturer of your tent. Returns:
We here at Camping Tent Connection want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and the way your transaction was handled. If the item you received is not what you ordered, contact us for a return authorization within 7 days of receipt of item. Return the unopened, unused item and we will gladly send you the correct item and pay for all shipping. Please remember that we must receive the item unopened, and unused.
If you received the correct item but have since changed your mind and want a different tent from our large selection, contact us withing 14 days of receipt of item for a return authorization. If item is unopened, buyer is only responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If item has been opened, buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee. We will inspect all opened items to confirm that all parts and manuals are returned prior to issuing a refund.
