Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Sand Shack we welcome you to return your item in exchange for store credit. We welcome returns within 15 days of purchase. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable.

The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. We will not accept used or worn products.

Please email us before you return the product stating the item, purchase date, your name, and the reason for return. After we confirm eligibility for return, you will be able to mail the product to us, packed in a sturdy container. We will not take responsibility for any goods damaged in shipping.

Upon receipt of your item you will be issued with store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Store credit comes in the form of a code, which can be plugged in at checkout.

Method of Payment
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept payments by Paypal.

Using a Sand Shack Code:
A code may be given to you for a promotion, a gift, or as store credit. Please plug this code into the Promotion Code box during checkout. You will see the amount of money the code deducts from your order. Codes can only be used once.
