Payments

Payment must be received within 10 days of placing an order. If payment is not received within this time frame the order will be canceled.
We accept credit cards and Paypal payments for online orders.
Note; All international orders (outside of the US) must be paid through Paypal.

Shipping

All domestic orders where the "Best Available" shipping option is selected are shipped via USPS mail or UPS Ground Parcel.
The shipping service used will be determined by considering actual shipping costs, size of package, weight of package and delivery times.

All domestic orders where the "Best Available 2 ~ 3 day" shipping option is selected are shipped via USPS Priority mail or UPS 3 Day Parcel.
The shipping service used will be determined by considering actual shipping costs, size of package, weight of package and delivery times.

All International orders (orders with a delivery address that is located outside of the Continental US) are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail
and will ship after payment is made via a verified PayPal account. 

Shipping Damage

Do Not sign for for damaged shipments, Your signature means that you accepted the package and this can make it very difficult to file a successful claim with the shipping company. 
 
If you receive a damaged shipment, please do not file a claim with the shipping company, call Abell Hobby as soon as possible and allow us to handle the claim for you. We file all of our claims electronically. Claims filed electronically are processed much faster than claims filed via phone or fax.

Returns

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.
A full refund of the purchase price and shipping, will be issued as Store Credit upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

All return packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

Warranty
Abell Hobby exclusive products are warranted by Abell Hobby against defects.
All other product warranties are to be dealt with by the manufacturer.
