Damaged Items

We pack securely so your items arrive safely. If there ever is a problem, please retain all of the packing materials and contact us immediately. In most cases, the original shipper will need to pick up the item and packing for inspection. Do not attempt to return a damaged item yourself, without contacting us first, as doing so will void the insurance.
