Q: When will my Order ship?
A: Orders generaly ship within 3 to 7 days. Occasionally they take as long as 10 days. If you have not received you order within 14 days feel free to contact us.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What if something is damaged when I receive my order?

A: You have 3 days after receiving your order to report damages. DO NOT RETURN product unless contacted by Country Red. Take a Picture of the damaged item and Email to: PamC@CountryRed.com. Only the damaged item will be replaced.
