Information will only be used for processing your order and placement on our store e-mail list. We will contact you with the status of your order, and occasionally to inform you of new products or services, specials being offered or other events. In the event that this information is not welcome, please e-mail us with your request to remove your name from our list and we will respect your wishes. Personal information will never be sold or disclosed to any third party.  If you have any concerns, please let us know as soon as possible.

We also guarantee the safety of your credit card information by covering up to an additional $50 of unauthorized charges on our site above what your credit card company covers.

 RETURN POLICY

If you feel you have received an item in error or it is damaged in transit, please return the unopened item for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery along with a copy of the invoice you received.  For return questions or concerns please contact us by email at jamarketbasket@aol.com. We will remit the full purchase price of the items you return excluding shipping charges. (We also ask that you include the reason for the return to help us better serve you in the future.)

For convenient shopping, use your Mastercard or Visa credit cards to shop.  You can also pay by Certified Check or Money Order. This method of payment however, will delay shipment, since products will not be shipped until money order/check is received.  Please mail money order or check to: Market Basket, 5314 Dickens Road, Richmond VA 23230. Once you place your order, you will be notified by email with a confirmation number.  Once your order is shipped, the Shipping Confirmation # will be emailed to you with the UPS tracking number included. Shipping rates above are per recipient. Add $4.95 handling fee per shipment when using a 3^rd party UPS Acct. number.
