Custom Carts, LLC offers the following Returns Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your “Recycle Caddy” you may return it for a refund (excluding the cost incurred by Custom Carts, LLC to ship you the product). The product must be received by Custom Carts, LLC within 15 days of your “Ship Date” as determine by your Federal Express Ground Label. The “Ship Date:” is on the carton of the product shipped. The cost incurred by Custom Carts, LLC to ship the product at time of order will not be reimbursed and will be deducted from the credit due to the purchaser.

The cost of the shipping the “returned product” to Custom Carts, LLC at; 12962 Brians Creek Dr., Jacksonville, Florida, 32224 is the responsibility of the party returning the product.

All opened and un-opened cartons will be subject to a restocking fee of 10%. This fee covers the cost of repacking the product into a new carton. The cost of missing and damaged parts will be deducted on a cost per piece basis. All credits will be made to the credit card number used to purchase the product.
