As long as you obtain an RMA number prior to returning items, Two Fish Concepts will accept returns for non-personalized, non-Playball items as long as they were purchased directly from us and are in saleable condition when they arrive. Store credit will be issued upon receipt of merchandise and verification of purchase. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
