Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: How long will it take to recieve my order?
A: Our goal is to ship all orders within 48 hours. However, sometimes it may take a little longer because the item is not in stock or requires custom materials. In this case, we'll let you know how long it will take by phone or email, but we'll usually ship it within a week.
Q: What happens if I need a repair?
A: We'll be happy to fix your item that is need of repair. Just mail it back to us (securely wrapped and insured). Be sure to include your return address, phone number and email information. Repair costs range from $10 to $25. We'll be happy to let you know the charge before any work is done.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Normal turnaround shipments by USPS First Class Mail are free. Quick turn shipments (overnight or 2nd day) are billed directly to your credit card at cost.
Q: How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?
A: Simply type in the Gift Certificate number in the Promo Code during checkout. The value of the Gift Certificate will be automatically deducted at checkout.
