Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your personal and credit card information.  We do not share or sell any information about you with anyone except with those necessary to fulfill your order and process your payment. If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and card validation number).  We use this information for billing purposes and to complete your order.  If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for the study materials or workshops after the materials are shipped. However, workshop registrations may be transferred once within three months of the original workshop date. Afterward, there is a $25 transfer fee to change a workshop registration date. Transfers are conditioned upon available seating. We reserve the right to cancel or change all workshops due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or illness of the presenter.

VISTA Compatibility Note! Our software will run on computers using Windows 95 through Windows XP operating systems. Some customers have had compatibility problems on computers using Windows Vista. Check with you computer manufacturer to make sure that their Vista set up and computer's video card is compatible to run software made for older Windows operating systems before you make your purchase. There are no refunds after the materials are shipped.
