TestMyhormones.com offers the following Returns Policy: TestMyHormones.com will accept certain test kits for return as long as they are unopened and in a condition that will allow them to be re-sold. All approved returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the return amount. Once a test kit is opened the customer can no longer return that kit. To return a kit the customer must first call TestMyHormones.com to receive a RIC (Return Identification code). This code must then be written on the outside of the box or envelope in which the kit is mailed in. Returned items will not be accepted or credited without an RIC code. Returns are only accepted up to 30 days after the date of receipt of the kit by the customer. Due to the nature of the items purchased TestMyHormones.com reserves the right to not accept returns items based on the information listed above.
