Channelock 7" End Nippers

Channelock End Nippers (End Cutters) are used by insulators when installing insulation with pins/hangers. When the insulation is pushed over the pin a washer is applied on the pin to hold the insulation in place. The excess part of the pin is then cut off using these End Nippers so the pin is flush with the insulation.
