ES Elastomeric Sealant

SpecSeal® ES Elastomeric Sealant is the product of choice for firestopping construction joints or gaps of all types. ES has the stretch that you need when it comes to joints that require movement and dries to form a flexible shield against the propagation of flames and smoke. ES has been UL tested and Classified for a wide variety of common construction joint applications including floor-to-floor, floor-to-wall, wall-to-floor, wall-to-wall, and head-of-wall applications. ES is a premium latex based firestopping sealant. Its binder system is totally resistant to water and will not re-emulsify after drying. Cleanup is simple using soap and water. ES Sealant is the basis for systems that meet the exacting criteria of UL2079.
