Shipping Policies

• TERMS & CONDITIONS: All orders submitted to McTOOLz.com. agree to all terms and conditions specified by our internet policies.
• MINIMUM ORDER FEE: All orders less than $25.00 will be charged a non-refundable $5.00 Minimum Order Fee.
• SURCHARGE: A handling surcharge of $4.00 will be added to all orders less than $500.00. Only one handling surcharge per order will be charged to a customer. This surcharge is non-refundable.
• DIAMOND BLADES, DIAMOND CORE BITS, DIAMOND HOLE SAWS & DIAMOND CUP WHEELS: FREE SHIPPING is available on selected multiple purchases as described on each Products Description.
• FREE SHIPPING: All orders of $500.00 or more will be shipped PREPAID, F.O.B. Factory, and delivered to one commercial location (exceptions are listed in Policies) within the 48 Continental United States. The same applies for shipments made to residential addresses, all orders of $500.00 or more are shipped PREPAID. Residential orders shipped via FedEx or USPS have a residential fee surcharge of $4.00 per shipment; and residential delivered orders, shipped via LTL Truck, have a residential fee surcharge of $65.00.
• CANOGA CONCRETE / PLASTER MIXERS: All mixers are shipped FOB Factory Freight Prepaid to the 48 Continental United States.
• All orders are drop-shipped from MK Diamond Products, Inc., 1315 Storm Parkway, Torrance, CA. 90509, USA or Barranca Diamond Products, 22815 Frampton Avenue, Torrance, CA 90501. We reserve the right to ship in the most economical way and to make complete shipments where maximum discounts and freight allowances apply.
• EXPEDITE ORDERS: Orders placed with expedient Priority, Next Day or Two-Day Service must be ordered by 12 Noon, Pacific Standard Time, to be shipped same day as ordered, subject to stock on hand. Please call 1-866-750-TOOL (8665) Ext.702 for freight cost estimates for expedited orders or Truck Shipments. On shipments less than 150 lbs you can get a freight quote by entering your zip code when you are in the checkout process.
• CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: Your credit card will be charged in full at time order is processed.
• OPEN ACCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS: Customers that have been approved for an open account are subject to the following Credit Terms & Conditions: 1) Payment on all invoices are due within 30 days of Invoice Date (Same as Ship Date). 2) All past due invoices bear interest of 1.5% per Month or 18% per annum. 3) Interest (Finance Charge) will be charged on all unpaid invoices on the 30th of the Month following the Due Date; the minimum finance charge is $5.00 per month. 4) Customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including court costs and attorneys fee for non-payment of monies due. 5) All Transactions are governed by the laws of Washington State. 
• ORDER TRACKING: When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and estimated time of arrival.
• OWNERSHIP OF ORDERED ITEMS: Customer accepts ownership of all items ordered when shipment(s) is(are) received by common carrier for delivery to Customer. All claims for loss or damages during shipping are to be made directly to the common carrier by the Customer. All Claims due to packing shortages must be made within 30 days of shipment directly to McTOOLz.com at 866-750-8665 x702.
• INSPECTION OF SHIPMENT: Customer (owner of items shipped) or Customer's representative should be available to receive your shipment upon arrival for inspection of packaging. Any claims for packing shortages must be made within 30 days. Claims for shipping damage or loss must be made with the carrier. See "Ownership of Ordered Items" above. 
• EXTRA CHARGES: You will be charged extra for Residential, Tailgate, Re-Delivery, Next Day and 2nd Day Delivery, deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, Canada or any other additional services offered by commercial carriers. Any additional services need to be arranged for in advance of shipment. Any costs associated with the additional services are the sole responsibility of the customer. If these costs are not collected directly by McTOOLz.com, they will be collected C.O.D. by the delivering freight line. Extra Charges for extra services range from $25 to $150 and higher. For example, when a LIFT GATE is required to deliver a shipment via LTL Truck, the lift gate charge is $50.00. Another example would be: any Block Saw shipped to a residential address will have an extra charge of about $250.00 due to the oversize and weight of the delivery. To arrange special handling or additional services prior to shipment, call 1-866-750-TOOL (8665) Ext. 702.
• RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS: To save paying extra charges, you may be able to ship your order to the Will Call Department of the Commercial Freight Carrier. You would be responsible for receiving and inspecting your order during regular business hours from the Commercial Freight Carrier. This service is not available in all areas; please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-750-TOOL (8665) Ext.702 to verify if Will Call Dock space is available in your area.
• INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Call McTOOLz.com's Customer Service Department at 1-866-750-TOOL (8665) Ext. 702 to receive a quote for shipping and handling charges to your location. Custom Tariff Charges and fees at your countries port of entry are the sole responsibility of the customer ordering the merchandise.
• You may be asked to provide contact information, for your credit card company if your bill-to/ship-to addresses are different or if we suspect a possibility of credit card fraud. We do this for your protection and to prevent any fraudulent charges on your credit card.
• CANCELLATION OF ORDER: A full refund will be credited to your credit card account if your cancellation is received before your standard order has been shipped. Some Special Order merchandise is non-refundable and can not be cancelled once an order has been placed. All orders cancelled after shipping are subject to restocking and freight charges which will be deducted directly from your refund.
• RETURNED MERCHANDISE POLICY: Should you need to return any product you have purchased from McTOOLz.com, please observe the following procedures:
  • Contact our Customer Service Department (1-866-750-8665 Ext.702) to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Merchandise will not be accepted without a Returned Goods Authorization number printed on the shipping label and/or on the shipping package. 
  • The RGA will include instructions as to where the merchandise is to be returned. All merchandise must be new (e.g. a current model), listed in the current product catalog, in good usable/saleable condition. Acceptance of the merchandise by MK Diamond or Barranca Diamond is final only after inspection.
  • All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid to destination.
  • All returned merchandise must have been purchased within the previous 12 months.
  • A restocking charge of 15% may be billed.
  • Any returned merchandise received that does not comply with the above Returned Merchandise Policy will be returned to the customer, freight collect.

LIMITED WARRANTIES

MK Diamond and Barranca Diamond warrants to the original retail purchaser for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase all products covered by this Warranty to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, with the exception that the BD-4500 has a 90-day warranty for non-commercial use. McTOOLz.com stands behind the MK Diamond and Barranca Diamond Warranties.

These Warranties shall not apply to any parts that have been subjected to misuse or improper service, that had been damaged in transit or handling, or that have been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives. The Warranties do not cover defects caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect or damage caused by accident of the failure to provide reasonable maintenance. The Warranties are void if the product or any of its individual components is altered or modified by the purchaser or if the product is used in a manner or with a blade not recommended by the manufacturer.

Any claim arising under either Warranty must be submitted by the original purchaser within the warranty period specified above, and shall include proof of purchase. During said Warranty period MK Diamond or Barranca Diamond shall, at their option, either replace or repair, at no charge to the original purchaser, any parts or components that are found to be defective by MK Diamond or Barranca Diamond. MK Diamond or Barranca Diamond shall not be responsible for or obligated to pay for freight or other transportation related costs or expenses in connection with any defective products or components that are either returned to MK Diamond's or Barranca Diamond's facility or any authorized repair station and/or any replacement products or components that are shipped from MK Diamond or Barranca Diamond pursuant to their Warranties.

Parts and labor needed to maintain products and the replacement of components due to normal wear and tear are the purchaser's responsibility and are not covered by either Warranty. All products or components replaced under warranty become the property of the manufacturer. All replacement parts will be considered to be part of the original product and warranty on such parts will expire coincidentally with the original Warranty. MK Diamond or Barranca Diamond will pay for parts and labor in connection with warranty repairs conducted by MK Diamond, Barrance Diamond or its authorized repair centers. Replacement part(s) installed by anyone else will be provided without a charge for such replacement part(s), but this Warranty will not apply to labor charges in connection therewith.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY LIABILTY UNDER THESE WARRANTIES EXCEED THE REPLACEMENT COST OF ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR COMPONENT THEREOF, AND MK DIAMOND, BARRANCA DIAMOND AND McTOOLz.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGE OR LOSS NOT EXPRESSLY ASSUMED AS SET FORTH HEREIN. The foregoing constitutes an expressed warranty on the terms set forth above and is the only warranty or warranties applicable to the products it covers, all other warranties, including, without limitation, the implied warranty of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose or use being denied. This limited warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.

Specific applicable to limited warranty of diamond blades and core bits:

Laser Welded Blade and Bit Warranty:
If the laser weld between the segment and steel core or barrel fails during normal use, the blade or bit will be replaced free of charge. Blades and bits damaged due to careless or improper use are not covered under this warranty. Brazed Blade, Bit and Cup Wheel Warranty: If the brazed bond between the segment and the core, barrel, or cup fails within the first .050 of segment wear, the blade, bit, or cup will be replaced free of charge. Blades, bits and cup wheels damaged due to careless or improper use are not covered under this warranty.

Continuous Rim Blade Warranty:
If the bond between the rim and the core fails during normal use, the blade will be replaced free of charge. Blades and bits damaged due to careless or improper use are not covered under this warranty.

Exclusions:
MK Diamond Products, Barranca Diamond and McTOOLz.com do not warrant the following components, which carry their own manufacturer's warranty for the indicated periods:
