General Terms Prices are subject to change without notice. The Safety & Security Products Catalog reserves the right to correct typographical and printing errors at any time without notice. Federal, State and/or Local authorities may have laws or regulations related to the purchase, offering or sale of certain items sold by The Safety & Security Products Catalog. It is the purchaser's responsibility that all applicable federal state and/or local ordinances will be complied with in connection with the sale, purchase or possession of any items sold by us. Any offering of any items whether contained in our catalog, this price list, our web sites, newsletters, fliers, promotional material or any other media are void where prohibited. Several items we sell have Federal Diversion (export) restrictions. Diversion of any of those items restricted is contrary to United States Law. Pictures are for illustration purposes only; actual items may vary in appearance.

Standard Shipping Terms & Options
A) The Safety & Security Products Catalog will use UPS as it's primary shipper. B) See shipping rates and charges on order form. C) Buyer is responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on the part of The Safety & Security Products Catalog. D) The Safety & Security Products Catalog shall not be responsible for errors in ship to address, item(s), quantity, shipping method or other applicable information related to the order unless the order has been submitted to The Safety & Security Products Catalog via Fax, Email or Web site and is a clear mistake on our part. E) Shipping fees are non-refundable. F) Refused or unaccepted shipments will incur a 15% restocking fee and a $10.00 handling fee. G) The Safety & Security Products Catalog does not ship internationally. H) CANADA, Shipments to Canada will be accepted but shipped only via UPS and billed at UPS standard rates. Safety and Security Products Catalog will NOT ship Pepper Spray, Stun Guns, Tasers, Handcuffs or Batons to Canada. I) CANADA shipping is quoted on a case-by-case basis using the UPS shipping rate scale. A $5.00 fee will be applied to all orders going to Canada to cover added customs paperwork.

A) Rates apply only to ground shipments within the United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territory with U.S. zip code are exempt from ground shipments.

B) Additional freight charges may apply for heavy items. Items that require additional shipping will be posted along with that item in this catalog.

C) Expedited services such as overnight, 2 day, and 3 day, etc will incur additional charges. These charges will not be billed to you until the package has been weighed prior to shipping. You will be notified of the cost before your package ships.

UPS Overnight, 2 Day, 3 Day Air Shipping Prohibited items: The following items cannot be shipped by air; Pepper spray, Fire extinguishers, Other compressed gases

Standard Terms of Payment
A) Pre-payment by MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card. B) Deposit payment with order. C) Personal or company checks will be held for up to 14 days for the check to clear the bank before shipping your order. Checks returned to us for any reason are subject to a $35.00 returned check/handling fee. Any credit on your account from sending a deposit for merchandise we could not ship, a check will be issued to you within 14 days upon receipt of written request.

Standard Back Orders and Substitutions
If an item is discontinued and/or not in stock, it will be removed from the order and customer will not be billed. Customer will then be notified if the item has been discontinued, or is not available. Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly. Backorders will automatically ship when the product becomes available. They will ship and be calculated on the same terms and in the same manner as the original order. Backorders will not hold the order in the system. Orders will not automatically ship complete unless customer specifically requests this upon order placement. Customer will be notified immediately by phone or e-mail, if an item is discontinued or backordered.

Standard Returns
Freight on merchandise being returned to The Safety & Security Products Catalog must be prepaid. Product will be replaced/exchanged if found to be defective unless specified in writing by customer within the return box. A new invoice will be created. There will be no charge for replacement/exchanged product, shipping will be paid by The Safety & Security Products Catalog. If the item is proven to be defective and the Customer has specified in writing that they do NOT wish the product to be replaced/exchanged a credit will be issued to customer. The Safety & Security Products Catalog will refund all charges including freight fees to Customer. Non-defective merchandise will be accepted for return and will be credited at original price, less freight and handling charges within 90 days of invoice date. No returns or credit requests after 90 days of invoice date. Product returned after this time is only eligible for replacement/exchange. NOTE: Pepper sprays will only be accepted for replacement/exchange within 30 days of original invoice date. No Refunds or Credits will be issued for pepper sprays.
