Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Why does my steak look discolored in the package?
A: After cutting the steak it is vacuum-sealed and the air is is taken out. When the air is taken out it helps keep the freshness of the cut, and in return it discolors. When the product is taken out of the package, color will return.

Q: Can I have my steaks delivered to a P.O. Box?
A: No. We ship to physical addresses that are serviced by Fed Ex or Speed-Dee Delivery Service.

Q: How are my steaks shipped?
A: Shippments are Next Day, either by Fed Ex or Spee-Dee delivery Service.

Q: When ordering a Lindey's gift card, do I pay for shipping?
A: no. We mail all gift cards for you free of charge. When placeing your order select "will call" for your shipping perference, and they will be mailed the same day via US Mail.

Q: Do I have to have my order shipped?
A: No. You can order your Grilling steaks on-line and at checkout select "WILL CALL". You can stop into Lindey's and pick your order after you receive your email conformation.at Lindey's Prime Steak House. 3600 North Snelling Ave. Arden Hills, MN 55112 (Will Call orders may be picked up during the following hours, 11:00am to 3:00pm and 5:00pm to 8:00pm.)

Q: Are the steaks USDA certified?
A: YES, All of Lindey's steaks are USDA inspected and certified.

Q: Do you ship over the Holidays?
A: We do not ship packages on holidays that Fed-Ex or Spee-Dee Delivery does not deliver: News Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Note: Holiday weekends will include days that are adjacent to the holiday. Example: Independence Day is on a Thursday. We will not ship that day or have deliveries. Orders placed on Wednesday of that week will not get shipped out until the following Tuesday. The order would have had to be placed the Tuesday before Independence Day.
