SHIPPING:

Our shipping days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. All shipments are next day.
We also have “will-call” sevice during our normal business hours (Monday through Saturday, 11:00am to 3:00pm and 5:00pm to 8:00pm).
Our Grilling Steaks are shipped frozen with dry ice, vacuum packed and sealed.

Orders placed on Friday thru Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.
Orders placed on Tuesday by 2:00pm will be shipped on Tuesday.
Orders placed on Wednesday by 2:00pm will be shipped on Wednesday.
Orders placed on Thursday by 2:00pm will be shipped on Thursday.

We do not ship packages on holidays: News Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Note: Holiday weekends will include days that are adjacent to the holiday.
Example: Independence Day is on a Thursday.
We will not ship that day or have deliveries.
Orders placed on Wednesday of that week will not get shipped out till the following Tuesday.
The order would have had to be placed the Tuesday before Independence Day.
