Your Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting the security of your information.

We only collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, postal address, and phone number, when you place an order with us. We use this information to process your order and to occasionally communicate with you. We provide your delivery information to our suppliers but absolutely no one else. Once you have placed an order with us, you can login to your account at any time to see the information we have and make changes to it. We work to protect the security of your information during the order process by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last few digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, our storefront software transmits the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing through a secure, entrypted connection. Your credit card number is only held within our secure payment system until all items in your order are shipped.

Returns

With the exception of rubber gloves and rubber blankets, all store items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of shipment. If the wrong product was sent or if the item was damaged during transit, we will pay the return shipping charge. Due to Salisbury's policy, rubber gloves and rubber blankets cannot be returned due to safety testing at the manufacturing plant.
