Store Policies
Reptile Solutions offers the following Returns Policy: Payment Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and pre-payment by money order are all acceptable. If you send a personal check, we will hold it for 14 days before processing the order. Please send a money order instead of a personal check. All shipments must be paid in advance. For payments being mailed we will put a 24 hour courtesy hold on the animal to wait for payment. WA residents add a 8.6% state sales tax. Shipping All dry good shipments will be shipped Fed Ex ground. Need it fast? Next Day or Second Day Air are available for an additional charge (you must call us for these options) All animal shipments are shipped Fed Ex Priority Overnight directly to your door. Shipping live animals next day is a flat rate of $34.95. We can usually combine shipping for multiple animal orders and the customer agrees to shipping charges upon purchase. Don't forget to add the shipping charge to your live animal order. It's located in the live animal section. Live arrival can only be guaranteed when temperatures in route are between 35-90 degrees. If the package is delayed by the carrier, our guarantee still applies! Live Arrival Guarantee Reptile Solutions LLC guarantees its animals to be alive, healthy, and to your satisfaction after arrival. All animals are guaranteed for 72 hours after arrival except for amphibians which are just a live arrival guarantee. Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 24 hours if you notice any problem upon arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, we expect you to call us first (we are open 7 days a week). We do not guarantee animals that are not signed for on the first delivery attempt. You must be there and sign for your animal delivery. We make every effort to pack animals according to your weather conditions, but cannot guarantee animals when your daytime high temperature is above 90, or your daytime high temperature is below 35 degrees. We reserve the right to delay shipping during extreme weather until conditions allow for safer shipping. Reptile Solutions LLC is not responsible for freight/shipping charges on the replacement of animals, and there are no cash refunds of any kind, store credit only. Product Returns Returns on Dry Goods are issued by request up to 5 days after purchase. Shipping & handling is not refundable and a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to a cash refund (not to store credit) Used products may not be returned. If something is not functioning properly we can direct you to the manufacturer. CD ROMs and Books are non returnable items. Privacy Reptile Solutions LLC values its customers. We respect your privacy and we do not sell or rent your personal information. We collect information to continual improve your shopping experience and to let you know about new products, contests and coupons. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you e-mails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes or providing services relating to our communications with you.
