- Problems with your order must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
- All returns require a return authorization number - please call for that
number during business hours. - All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Items purchased as cases must be returned as cases. Items purchased as cases that are not returned in full will not receive refunds.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be given for merchandise received after 30 days of purchase.
- Serving accessories are not returnable - no exceptions.
