ARP is one of the world leader in fastener technology. These head bolt kits are for 2000 and later Volkswagen and 2001 later Audi 1.8T 20V turbo applications. These are 10mm head bolt kits. These kits use the 12 point 10mm bit. The factory VW/Audi tool will not work with these bolts. All bolts are Pro Series ARP2000 bolts, cold forged to ensure molecular integrity, heat treated prior to thread rolling and machining, and are nominally rated at 220,000 psi. These ARP2000 fasteners deliver a 40% increase in tensile strength over the OEM Torque to Yield (TTY) bolts. As a bonus, they are reusable and do not require replacing.
