This is a metal bulkhead fitting that allows a safe pass through on a firewall or in a reservoir (like a factory washer fluid tank) with quick connects on both sides. Threaded body can be tightened down with nuts on both sides, or in plastic tanks can be threaded in with methanol resistant sealent.
