All returns must be pre approved by calling or emailing us to obtain a return authorization #.
Lights must be shipped to us no later than 14 days after receipt of the lights (sorry, no exceptions) so please take this into consideration in planning the return. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice.
They must be sent by a shipper that can provide proof of shipping with a tracking number. Ground shipping by UPS or USPS priority mail is recommended. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
Most people want to check the brightness and beam patterns; that can be easily achieved without riding. Therefore we recommend that you do not mount the lights if you intend to return them as they must be returned in perfect condition, without the smallest scratch or spec of dirt.
