Your credit card or Paypal account will be refunded promptly, less a 20% cancellation/restocking fee. Shipping Policy: Our company ships USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, as much as possible. We can put up to 70 lbs. in either the small or large-sized box. Please be aware that shipping from Alaska takes 3-5 days longer than the shipping time to states in the Lower 48. Due to the high cost of shipping UPS or FedEx from Alaska, we do not offer these services, as we see this as unfair to our customers to be required to pay such exhorbitant shipping costs. If you place an order that needs expedited shipping, we can send your products through UPS or FedEx and pass those shipping charges on to you.
