Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A:Unfortunately we are currently not setup to calculate and charge shipping in the shopping cart. Our team of professionals are working to make this option available in the near future. Meanwhile, shipping is calculated at our offices using the weight and destination. Once calculated and confirmed with you, prior to delivery, the final cost will be charged separately onto the card provided.
Q: Where can I see your label templates? A: We are currently working on downloading all our available templates onto the website to facilitate the shopping options. Meanwhile, if you would like to see our templates please call 888-619-8809 x 232 and a representative will e-mail the templates to correspond with your event.
Q: Can I have my own artwork displayed on the label? A: You most certainly can! You have the final say on what goes on your label. From words, fonts, colors and pictures. This is your unique creation, we're just here to make it happen.
