Return Approval: Returns will not be processed without prior approval, so please email us using our contact page before returning any merchandise to receive authorization for your return. General Returns: We will be happy to issue a store credit or refund (see limitations below) within 10 days of your tracked delivery date if the item is returned in the original and re-sellable condition.* There will be a 15% re-stocking fee on all returns. *This means: All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags still on, and item must be unused. Shipping Charges: We will not refund shipping charges.*** If you received a shipping credit through a store promotion and you return merchandise which no longer qualifies you for promotion - shipping credit will be deducted from refund or exchange. Time to Shipping: All items in stock will process and *begin shipping* within 3 -5 working days unless otherwise notified.
