Items returned in new, unused condition within 30 business days are eligible for a full refund.  Please contact (800) 373-5971 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  DO NOT send any products back with contacting customer service first.

Shipping Policy

Advanced Biological Concepts® will ship UPS, UPS Freight or Dohrn ONLY.  All shipping  charges are based on the weight and box size of the item and the distance it must be shipped.  Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands or APO / FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post or Priority and charged shipping.
